Computer making buzzing noise after re-seating cpu + gpu

Go to solution Solved by AyoItzYu,

You could try isolating them. Take out the GPU, see if there is noise, and power the GPU without plugging the connectors.

I narrowed it down to the h75 pump. Do you know if reseating it again will fix it ? or do you think I should contact corsair ?

Prior to me re-seating my cpu and gpu, it ran quite quiet, but after I re-seated everything, my computer makes a low pitched buzzing noise. Its not that I mind it, but I just want to fix it if possible

All my computer components are listed in my signature.

EDIT: I have narrowed it down to my H75 pump that is making the buzzing noise

is everything completely screwed in? because maybe a screw is making all the noise.

Computing enthusiast.
I use to be able to input a cheat code now I've got to input a credit card - Total Biscuit

Ummm, It can be a fan vibrating, or it can be coil noise from the PSU or the GPU or other pci cards.

"push in" on the fans to settle them and try to see if it solves it, If its coilnoise, it most likely need replacement.

Planning on trying StarCitizen (Highly recommended)? STAR-NR5P-CJFR is my referal link

I already went in again to re tighten any of the screws that I moved

Its just weird because it was really quiet before =\

How can I tell which component is making coil noise?

Umm, no idea, I dont actually watercool so I couldnt tell.

I know that when there is coilnoise it normaly ends up being solve by swapping the component :S.

thanks anyways. I made another thread in the water cooling section here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/208431-h75-making-buzzing-noise-after-re-seat/
