USB devices do not work in OS, but do in UEFI

So today I was getting ready to play a game when my computer restarted on me. When it booted back up my usb devices no longer worked. They work in the UEFI, but as soon as the loading screen pops up for the OS the lights go off on them as they no longer register.  When I went into the Device Manager all of my USB controllers are flagged and when I run a driver update it states "Windows could not find driver software for your device".  I would try to download from the manufacturer website but my devices are razer. So what good is synapse 2.0 when it can't recognize they are plugged in.... Any advice as to what I can do? Thank you!

EDIT: I also tried uninstalling all of the drivers in device manager so that it re-installs them and it didn't help.

Need to install the system board drivers - most likely this is the USB 3.0 drivers that you are going to need.

it is probably going to be your USB 3.0 drivers should be available from ASUS. Either that or the hardware has goner faulty. Did the hardware ever work?

The hardware has worked before. I installed the driver off of Asus and it still isn't working.

Is this only impacting USB 3.0?

May need to uninstall the USB drivers, and complete a re-install from safe mode.

Hopefully, you will be able to repair windows without re-installing the OS.

It is impacting all of my usb ports. 3.0 and 2.0. I have already tried uninstalling the drivers, but I may try it again.
