Hi,

I get those quite often:

http://puu.sh/bhomK/abffd43fd2.png

Notice how there's 1 thread left, I can't kill the process and the only way seems to be to either relog or reboot...

I have had it also happen with Space Engineers Dedicated Server and a bunch of Cryptocoin wallets, any other way to get rid of those pieces of junk?

What causes them? I am eyeballing my antivirus firewall because they all have an internet connection usage... But then again they also all have harddrive usage...

My antivirus is Eset Smart Security with interactive firewall.

You may be able to get rid of it by running CMD in admin mode and using that to terminate it. (I don't remember the commands to do it so you will have to search it up)

There is a glitch with rivatuner where you cant close it, to do that you right click the process fo to file rename it and it wont relaunch

The command is "taskkill -im -f Robocraft.exe" and it'd say succesfully terminated, but it's not...

Now imagine trying to launch the game again through Steam... App already running -.-

It's not relaunching, it's not terminating at all

locate the file then use "Unlocker 1.9.2" unlock, kill, delete..  :)

I will try this...

Edit: Unlocker DOES NOT work, I don't want to delete the file from my drive, and it's filled with adware... And virus warnings

First time i hear that unlocker has adware and virus false-positives! its a clean application if you download from original website. If unlocker didnt do the job throw hirens boot on usb and rename the file to .txt then boot back on windows and check if its all ok. if not then you have a virus problem something is recreating the file and launching it. hope it'll work

.. and my name is spelled f n i ((xh) like G) a

I don't want to delete the .exe, it's not a virus, it's a game that doesn't end properly. This not ending properly happens often and I don't want to reboot every time it happens. With this game, I can't relaunch it because Steam already thinks it's running. I have a bootable Linux USB capable of deleting everything I would want, but I don't want to delete anything in this case.
