No windows after bios screen

So last night i put up my computer on as i was downloading a game from steam and there was many powercuts while i was sleeping .

Now in the morning when i pressed the display button on my monitor it showed hazzy blurred image and i pressed restart button now windows isnt booting up after the bios screen.

Update trying to reinstall check for errors using startup repair tools in windows no help still not starting pls help

windows may be damaged or corrupted.....try repairing windows using windows installation disc

Your HDD might've been corrupted. Try reinstalling Windows, and if your PC seems slower than usual, replace your HDD.

Okay in startup tools it says no HDD found but in bios it shows a HDD is connected going to reinstall windows .

Tried but it says no HdD installed but in bios it shows my HDD

No cant install since it shows no HDD found

UPDATE: my HDD isnt being detected at all ( sometimes it got detected and i reinstall windows but now it isnt detected at all)

So is my HDD is dead or something else

Edit i tried a different SATA port and it worked viola but it happened earlier : crosssed fingers :

The HDD does come up sometimes and sometimes it doesn't

For my friend yes it did who was having problems but for me my HDD was declared dead ( i gave to seagate to reapir) bought wd black 1 tb
