ditch the sound card get a better gpu, like a 770 2gb or 280x

drop the 3 8gb stick

and use that cask to get a good cpu cooler so you can overclock a little bit

Yep do this^

Soundcards really arn't worth it and alot of the time you wont hear a difference.

- I would recommend getting a 990FW motherboard with the FX-8350 over 970

- Ditch the 8GB kit

- Ditch the sound card

- get the CS550M instead for semi-modular and an overall stronger PSU

- With the saved money with the memory/sound card I recommend getting either an R9 280 or 280x

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861
