should i underclock it

Underclock and undervolt it. If that doesn't help much try replacing the thermal paste if you have a tube of it lying around, and if that doesn't help grab yourself something like a Hyper 212 Evo.

I agree with the catfish above me, try all that, but leave undercloking and undervolting last, try dusting it off also.

You can't have properly configured air flow. The Prodigy is excellent for airflow over the CPU, I would definitely get some better fan(s) on the front intake (like a single 230mm BitFenix Spectre Pro or 2x Noctua/ Be Quiet!/ Phanteks/ Silverstone Air Penetrator 120mms)

Did you remove the middle hard drive cage? Using both cages scatters a lot of the air flow and you would need to add extra 120mm intakes with filters to the top of the case.

As for the CPU cooler, you should never ever use stock coolers. Ever. Get something better! Coolermaster 212 EVO is a good choice since APUs don't really overclock much. And it's a really good value.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Is this APU overclocked at all?

Did you apply the thermal paste or did you use preapplied stuff?

If the CPU is at 100C at stock settings then it is probably the heatsink or the paste

it the stock paste but a got a tube of mx4 but i don't think that gonna make a big difference

well try resetting the heatsink, it shouldnt be at that temperature at stock settings, something is wrong with the paste or the setting of the heatsink or the chip is just plain bad.

Well then. The only thing I can think of maybe the PSU transferring heat up to the motherboard tray, feel the air coming out of it. If it seems normal and the problem persists after resetting the cooler, then you probably have a bad chip.

hmmm ... get termal paste and replace whatever there is between your cpu and heatsink currently. where is the pc located is it very hot where you live? cuz if the stock heatsink can't keep that cpu under 60 degrees (stock heatsink not very good ) then you should exchange the cpu.

(1) high frame rate (2) ultra graphics settings (3) cheap...>> choose only two<<...

if it's never been done then i'm probably tryna do it. (((((((Bass so low it HERTZ)))))))

it think it maybe a hw bad read out http://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=164815.0   if it right my temp are more like 60c

Try downloading different monitors like Coretemp and Realtemp and maybe even going into the bios and checking the temps to see if the software is making bad readings.

like you posted it could be a bad read-out but I still think you should try taking the heatsink off and putting it back on with new thermal paste and see if that fixes it

i don't think that is 90 cause a just touch the heatsick and it don'r seem that hot btw sorry for the bad english

If the heatsink is not hot, it can mean that the heatsink is not properly mounted. Take it off, clean both the CPU and heatsink, then apply a peas sized dot of MX-4 and mount the heatsink.

if that does not help, you either have a faulty CPU or the temperature sensor is inaccurate.
