what should i upgrade?

i have a fx 4100 i was thinking of upgrading my cpu  to an i5 or buy a monitor which will both end up costing about 300 euros right now i am playign on a plasma tv what do u think i should upgrade?

i mostly play games like dota csgo some single player games and bf4

Is your CPU limiting your GPU? If so then go ahead and upgrade it. If not then get the monitor if you really want one.

i cant play 64 man servers in bf4 with good fps

Yeah I think that would be your graphics card. I would get the monitor first.

it's a first gen FX "quad" core

that thing is bottom of the barrel, literally only better than an old 555 or 720 chip
