it can be AMD Or Intel (overclockable)

atleast 8 GB of Ram (preferably duel channel)

No HDD or OS (already have those)

no Peripherals (already have them)

mid tower case

good fans to go on Front, Rear and top. bottom could be added but less of a need for me.

Nvidia preferd GPU

Trying to keep it under $760 Canadian without shipping. i will order from Canada computers to a local retail for the free shipping.

going to be used for After effects rendering, cinema 4D renders and boujou Motion tracking aswell as medium gaming.

Thanks for reading and giving Input.

EDIT: could be air or water cooling.

mid tower case that im going to be able to keep the side panel completely off for maximum airflow.

What will the system be used for? Why does the side have to be kept off?

i have edited the post for what its going to be used for. the side panel will be off mainly because i just want to look at the beauty and so i can get more airflow into the case.

On a decent case with decent cooling keeping the side panel off is actually worse for cooling than keeping it on, the airflow design is meant to create an air tunnel that feeds the coldest air available on the environment to heatsinks and internal fans, and then roll all that heated air out as soon as possible. With the side panel off, you create a lot of air traps inside of the case where there is no flow, and hot components that need fresh air (CPU cooler) can't dump heat as fast as it needs to.
