I need a second opinion

Okay so I am in need of a new gaming PC and I wish some help from the mightily experienced community to guide me, this is what I've come up with http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/user/plusboy/saved/krFKHx

Please note, I am prepared to get anything except the monitor PSU or case from the US also they need to ship to New Zealand. I don't mind AMD if it will save $50 or more but if so please factor in the cost of a hyper 212 evo or equivalent. I may watercool later on in the future and how would I drain my loop for maintenance etc, are quick disconnects a good idea?

R9 290 as it will outperform a 770 any day.

What if the 290 is broken?

Buy your windows license from here and use the money you save elsewhere in your build.

I've built 3 PC's, but none for myself... In fact, I'm using an iMac that my dad bought for me as my desktop. Awkward...

Please don't say "SSD drive." By doing so, you are literally saying "Solid State Drive Drive" and causing my brain cells to commit suicide. The same applies to HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).
