Question, how do you guys host a server without lagging like mad, me and my friend plays together and if he host, i lag, if i host he lags.

We have the same freaking ISP and same 100/100 connection in the same country...It´s mindblowing!

Yeah, sure. I'll join in. I specialise in terrible spaceships that only last so long seeing as they can never not destroy themselves in the process of attacking other things.

I wouldnt mind joining in with a group, especially if it allowed me to specialize in one or two tasks and let others do the things they enjoy.

i wanna know this too because i literally have a dedicated server, like totally seperate system and just running across college campus network lag a ton with JUST me

We dont host a server at this point. It's best to use a machine just to host and not play and host at the same time.

 

The rig also must be fairly powerful to keep the lag down.

I like space engineers. And non of my friends play it And i have 700+ hours in it  it is strange how little upgrade to a ship sucks you in, and when you realize it that "little" upgrade took you 100+ hours and at the end you have new station
