Need help new pc won't boot

Went I power my new pc, everything is looking good but no video out put and the boot device led stay on 

 

Spec : 

 

i7 4790k (stock cooler)

PNY 4gb gtx 770

z97-a asus mobo

CX750 power supply crosshair 

120gb kinston SSD

1 TB HHD

try the onboard output
