Remapping capslock key to Win+S

I use Windows 8.1, I never use capslock, and I always hit it accidentally.

is there any easy way to remap it to win+s?

 

I would like to use AutoHotKey, but I'm unsure how.

you can disable it.

I don't want to disable it, I want to remap it

but you said that you never use it.

why not disable it then?

because I could assign it a new function, then have a use for it.
