unicode problems

hello i wanted to know if there was any way of changing the Unicode language just for 1 or 2 programs in windows 8. 

 

i normally just leave it in Japanese because i play some j-rpg's but now there is some other stuff that gets broken whit Japanese Unicode (also i can't understand some stuff because of the Japanese Unicode. like installers, etc)

 

so the question is can i set just some programs to use j Unicode or the other way around?

Not to my knowledge. You can have for every account a different system language in Windows 8... but not per app basis.

thanks and some software i know there is for japanese unicode but it does not work very well
