you dont need either one 8gb and 1600mhz is more than enough for gaming.

More memory will be better in this case. Gaming doesn't profit much from higher frequency RAM (above 1600Mhz at least), so you'll most likely have more benefit from the extra memory if you want to spend this amount of money.

CPU: i5 4670K w/ NH-D15 - RAM: 4x4GB 1866Mhz Crucial Ballistix Tactical DDR3 - GPU: MSI GTX 970 100ME - SSD: 250GB 850 EVO - HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (games) & 2TB (storage) - MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 GAMING - Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Window - Fans:  A lot of Noctua NF-F12 (intake, exhaust) & 1x140mm Fractal Design included case fan - Monitor: DELL U2515H - Keyboard: Custom Logitech G105 - Mouse: Roccat Kova+ - Extra: LG Optical Drive, a lot of dust

I would go with the Blu series RAM.

If you have the money and want a overkill gaming system go with the Beast 16GB 2400Mhz. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104374

It is overkill, expensive, and you probably won't feel much of a difference in games, but it is some of the fastest RAM available.

CPU: AMD 3950x Mobo: MSI B550 RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU: Asus 3080 Strix PSU: Superflower Leadex 3 720w Case: BeQuiet 500DX

Storage: 2TB SSD + 4TB HDD Audio: SMSL 793ii -> HiFiman HE-400 + Mission MS-50 Speakers

does the faster memory make any difference in gaming

no it really only uses up to 1600mhz anything more is overkill, and your rig (if its a gaming rig) will only need 8gb.

Go for the cheapest CL9 1600 memory you can find. Whether it's 8 or 16gigs is up to you. Are you a heavy multitasker?

1333MHz would be good enough.

would be better to buy 2x4gb 1600mhz ram and save money for better grafic card like 780 gtx

I would do something like that because you don't really need that fast memory unless you are using integrated graphics.

1600 pretty much costs the same.

Probably. But you can get away with 1333 easily.

grafic

This is not a word.

As for the question, like everyone said already, capacity over bandwith. 1600mhz is enough.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

It doesn't matter, quantity over speed always, and just pick whatever looks cooler. Pick a red kit, red goes faster!
