I thought it was a Dell mouse that I had to use once.

Just help, why the hell would you even care.

well i asked why you did that to help you pinpoint the issue. but usually a simple restart will force the usb drivers to reinstall, and everyone said canadians were nice....

Canadians are nice, I was panicking. I thought I had to reinstall Windows and my 200 GB of Steam library which would be awesome to download at 1 mb/s.

wow 1 mb/s i feel you that would take forever, i forget how bad you guys have it up there with your internet connection speeds! As long as your issue was resolved. then all is great!
