Does cheat engine have a virus

My profile got corrupt on one of my games and i want to use cheat engine to cheat in the same money i had in the corrupt profile

Cheat engine is not a virus per say.  Most virus scans will say it is though, as it tampers with RAM addresses.

its a false positive just turn off AV

 

also i recommend using trainers instead of cheat engine

well some games don't have trainers that work as well as CE would

No it doesn't have a virus.
