At the moment i have a Intel® Core™ i5 - 2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz, my graphics card is a AMD Radeon HD 7800 series and my mother board is a Asus P8Z68-V. I do also have a water cooler for the cpu, i don't know what water cooler it is though :/

I was watch some videos on Youtube (

) and wanted to know if i should follow what this guy was doing. Im very new to this type of stuff so a simple video would be very nice to follow.

This is the best overclocking guide for Sandy Bridge:

Cant watch more than 30 seconds of the video because of all the mic popping, but I'm assuming it is pretty decent considering the amount of likes it has.
