hey guys, I am on windows and i am at a point where i actually need apps... which phone would you recommend (that is cheap)? I am running on T-Mobile.

The Moto X is on sale pretty much all the time. I'd go for that.

Moto G is a REALLY solid phone. I just hated Android and bought a 4S.

 

But, I would've kept it. Great screen, build quality, and specs for the price.
