good some assemply required battery banks... maybe

I have seen the cell phone portable battery chargers the do not include a battery that take a single 18650 battery sell for $1, you can buy a 5300mAh version of that battery for $1.40

 

Now of course when you up the 3.7 to 5 your not getting quite than many amp hours but most battery banks use 3.7 batterys and just print whats on the side of that battery on there case anyways so to me a $2.40 5300mAh battery bank seems like something good, has anybody round here tired any of these?
