As seen in this video,

I'm using a Wacom Intuos3 11"x6"

Sai is not responding to pressure, but most other things are.

I've tried restarting and uninstallation/ reinstallation.

How do I fix this?

Sorry, but I've posted this on many places and on here almost 3 hours ago with absolutely no responses at all.

probably because no one knows how to fix your issue

Have you i stalled the drivers

Reinstalled paintool sai

Are you using the pen with the right tablet

Have you checked to see if the pressure sensitivity works in PS?

Sai does have pressure sensitivity available, but it doesn't handle it in the way other programs do. By default I believe you'd need to select the pen/tablet device as the pressure input in the advanced options in Sai, but there may be additional steps required depending on the device you have. You should be able to find a few different troubleshooting guides elsewhere on the net. Hopefully you can try some stuff and come back to say what you got working, or I may be able to help more?

All of that is addressed in that little video I've made.

Also as stated I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc.

Also, now it's not detecting any clicks from the tablets pen. And photoshop works perfectly.

Give it a whirl: http://iridogorgia.deviantart.com/journal/Pressure-Sensitivity-in-Paint-Tool-SAI-230905902

You can also try an alternative program like Krita.

Be sure to check all of the preferences in SAI, as not all programs enable the pressure sensitivity by default. Gimp doesn't either, and has to be manually enabled before it works.
