Hello guys, I'm looking to build a new PC around November (I just got my first job, and I should be able to save up the money by then). Some of the components I already have, but some I don't, so I need some advice.

GPU: EVGA GTX 780 Ti (reference design)

CPU: Intel Core I5-4690K

PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 600W

RAM:Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5

Case: Fractal Design Arc Mini R2

SSD: Crucial M500 960GB

I'm sure this seems pretty straightforward. However, I'm a bit iffy on some components. I'm planning on watercooling the CPU and the Motherboard, and I'm wondering if the Fractal case is the best for this. I've heard the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv is coming, and I was wondering if that's coming soon. It seems it was supposed to come out a month ago, but it hasn't. Will it be out by November? For my first watercooling build, it seems this case would be easy to work on due to Phanteks' emphasis on watercooling.

Also, should I wait for Nvidia's 800 series GPUs? Will these be arriving anytime soon. The GTX 880 is rumored to be both cheaper and more powerful than the 780 Ti.

You are able to save THAT up before November..? Where do you work lol please take my résumé

I've been saving  up since April with two jobs and I don't even have the GPU yet -_-

Lol, well I'm still living with my parents. I'm taking a gap year before I go to college. I'm making 9 dollars/hour, I'm saving half for college stuff, and half for general spending. So about 40% of my money will go to my next build. I've been working 40 hours a week for the past month. I have 2 more months before November, and I've made about $1,440... in two more months I'll have a total of $4,320. 40% of that is about $1,700. Plus the $1,000 of birthday money I still have saved up, it's totally feasible I can do this, lol. But yeah, it would be completely impossible if I wasn't living with my parents.
