After a lot of good times and no failures to turn on, my computer failing to turn on problem has struck again. This time, I seriously don't know what the hell is happening. The case fan powers on for one second, and I can hear the first second of the computer turning on, and then nothing happens. Please help. Thanks

PC Build

I would assume your PSU is failing?

[broken] Cooler Master i600 PSU

If that is still the case.... then your PSU is likely the issue, and it brings in to question why the hell you would use a broken variant of such a critical hardware component....

@ShadowofGhosts did you replace your PSU?

No lol that was from a long time ago. I already replaced it a few months ago, but now I suppose it might be failing again D:

If you're buying name brand, well known PSU's (in respect to manufacturer), and you're not operating your PC is a 40 or 50C ambient temp room 24/7, there is no reason a PSU should be failing after a few months....

What is the problem then? The fans do turn on for a second.

Could be any number of things from a faulty PSU, to dead CPU, to loose P1 connector
