Seems pretty good for the money although the 270x won't be able to run some games on ultra it should have no problem on high.

 

If you wanna save a bit of extra money G2A has windows 8 for around $20, but iv'e personally never used it but everyone says it's good.

I plan on using this computer for streaming to twitch, gaming, and light video and photo editing.

I plan on switching out the 8350 for the 8370e when released on september 1st.

Are these parts good?

Yeah fine; Personally I'd stick with 8350 as we don't know what to expect out of the 70e... infact I'd probably just 8320 it and OC; also looks like your going with an AMD theme based off name of thread and parts; you do realize AMD makes RAM too right? Maybe try to step up to a 280 they're not much more expensive anymore...
