So, I live in Argentina and buying hardware here is something very complicated and I'm going to the US by December this year, that's why I'd like to get a gaming PC when I get there this are the specs I've in mind but PSU's are not my thing and I was wondering if you guys:
A ) Think this is a good PC or I might get a bottleneck with something.
B )Could tell me what PSU would be the best for my PC(I don't have in mind doing any overclocking at all to the CPU)?

Motherboard: EVGA - Z87 FTW(UPDATED)

RAM: Corsair - Vengance x2 8Gb DDR3 (16Gbs)
GPU: Radeon R9 270X 4GB DDR5(UPDATED)

CPU: i5 4670k @ 3.4Ghz(UPDATED)
PSU: EVGA 600B 600W

Case: NZXT H230 or Cooler Master HAF912(UPDATED)

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

HDD: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB

SSD: N/A

Thanks Everyone :)

Around $1.000, I can go a little bit higher

You don't need a i7 for gaming. This build has both a AMD cpu and GPU. If you prefer Intel CPU and/or NVIDIA GPU or AMD GPU. Just tell me.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor  ($173.00 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Crucial M500 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($64.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($284.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Well, it's a nice one, but my main interest is not just Gaming but Multitasking and FUTURE gaming, because I'm not going to buy another PC in a LONG time. Also, I rather Nvidia and Intel. Another thing is that I can't buy on websites like Amazon or Newegg, If it takes too much time I'd probably be back in Argentina by the moment it arrives, and I don't wanna take that risk. That's why I'm trying to buy hardware in BesBuy and similar places. My main interest on the harware I selected, is that the CPU and the GPU are good enough to run a game like Watch Dogs on Ultra at 720p without any kind of problem. If I can save some money on Hardware I'll.

PS: And I'm not interested on a SSD(I think that Storage is more important than Speed, I don't mind having to wait a couple of minutes to play a game if I can Have 2TB's[Wich I'LL USE])

Thanks anyways :3

Check to see if there is a MicroCenter or other computer specialty store near where you will be. Places like Best Buy are not the best for computer components.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Could you give me some examples of "Multitasking"? A FX8350 can handle all of that. For rendering work the i7 normally is the fastest with the FX8350 then the i5. The FX8350 with the R9 280x can handle Watch Dogs with no problem at all, a lot better than the  i7 3770 and the GTX 750 Ti. Also I don't thin the 750 Ti can even handle Watch Dogs 720p Ultra at playable frames.

is there any other stores you can buy from like Mirco Center?

Do you plan on overclocking your CPU and/or GPU in the future?

Edit~

Motherboard: MSI H97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($88.99 @ Mac Mall)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB ACX Video Card  ($299.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $929.17

Sorry but BestBuy isn't the best place to buy PC parts. You are going to need to look at other options. PCPartPicker chooses the cheaper retailer for the final price. of course you can check or change them.

Actually, a EVGA GTX 750 Ti SC can handle Watch Dogs on Ultra at 1080p on AT LEAST 40-35 FPS. So 720p Watch_Dogs is not a problem for it. I know that the i7 is one of the fastest CPUs, that's why I want it, cause I will SOME DAY, upgrade the G. Card when NEEDED and I'll not like to upgrade the WHOLE PC. Another reason about why I'm buying a EVGA GTX 750 Ti SC(Mostly a Nvidia G. Card) is because I'm interested on livestreaming to Twitch and something that NVidia has is Shadowplay. A GTX 750 Ti SC is more than enough for my needs. Another reason why I wat an I7 is because a game that I play a lot is MODDED Minecraft, and modded minecraft requires a GOOD CPU more than a good GPU (And belive me, when I say I play it a lot is A LOT I must have over 50days of total time playing just with ONE modpack).

And about multitasking... With Multitasking I mean having a LOT of programs open in the BG, like Skype, Team Viewer, Spotify, TweetDeck, Steam, Origin, and many more, and swap between them every 5 minutes(Except for Teamviewer of course xD).

I think that my set-up is good enough, but of course, I seem to be wrong.

The GTX 750 Ti isn't going to last you a every long time. it's one of the lowest end card. The GTX 770 is a step up. Also there is no point getting a i7 besides bragging rights because you aren't doing any video editing. AMD has DVR, basically  the same thing as Shadow Play.

1) the 750ti will not handle watch dogs at 1080p @ ultra... some of the most high end cards cant even hit 60fps on that game yet @ ultra.

2) shadowplay is cool and all but if you have a higher end amd card running obs then there wont be a difference tbh

3) an i7 ISNT GOING TO CHANGE ANY OF THAT AT ALL BUDDY, getting a high tier i5 or the 8350 is going to do just as much if not more than the other i7, you dont need as much as you think.

4) multitasking requires more ram, not the highest tier cpu on the market.

Not to bad for starters, I see, that AMD GPU. This build compared to yours is that I have a better GPU, better case and a better GPU. Of course if you like the other case, that is fine. Also the CPU and motherboard are Z97 and Haswell refresh, if you want to save some money, you can get Z87 with just a haswell CPU.

Motherboard: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($284.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $1048.41
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I don't need THAT much GPU power, I'll manage with the 270x.

And I changed my mind I'll either get a H230 or a HAF912

You know there is a quite a big performance differences between the 270x and the 280x. From games there is about 20fps differences, of course this depends on the optimization.

Just remember, don't cheap out on power supply, the Corsair CX-430M is going to have problems with the 270x and such.

Not sure about that power supply, from a techpowerup review , it doesn't seem to be haswell ready... It may still work fine but I'm unsure.

I just stick with the one I recommended.

Edit~

I really don't get why you are oping out the 280x, the 270x is close to a GTX760 and the 280x is close to a GTX770.
