Best Budget Speakers

At the moment, my system's audio is coming through a pair of old Turtlebeach headphones from 2010. It is getting annoying to wear these as they are not very comfortable. If I wanted to go for a reasonably priced pair of speakers, what should I go for? Also, if I were to go for another pair of headphones, what would you recommend?

Some budget headphones that I have and recommend are Takstar hi2050 (open, over ear) and JVC HA-S500 (closed, on ear).
