Windows 8 freezing alot

So hello guys.

So recently I am have this problem that is so anyoing so basicly my Computer is freezing alot and I dont know what to do. I already readed those "Pinned" Topics but it doesn't has the anwser for my problem, so Im asking you guys. It's a laptop, it's a Asus X55A if you could help I would be very happy :D

Not a lot of info to start with, but your laptop might be overheating.

So it has a:

Intel B980 CPU

Intel HD2000 Integrated Graphics

4GB of RAM

500GB HDD

And Windows 8 64Bit

download HWMonitor and check all your temps

 

also if you can access your RAM

 

remove them and run with just one stick of RAM

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
