Boot loop after red screen

I had my gpu overclock by a smudge and multiple games have been stable. Dayz standalone, tomb raider, theif, battlefield3 and 4 were all stable for multiple hours of play on my 6950 but then I launched Arma 3 and within 15 min I got a dark red screen and now Windows is in a boot loop. I tried setting cpu to stock, removing gpu but I still get a boot loop. After where it would normally go to lock screen on boot it reboots to the automatic repair screen and says my pc didn't start correctly. Even though I removed my gpu which I think was the problem it still reboots every time.

this could be a driver issue or you can try to upgrade your gpu vbios

I tried using a system restore point but that did nothing. I can't update anything because I can't get into Windows without this bootloop. I don't have second system either other than a laptop.

are you able to go into your OS using SafeMode?

 

try that and reinstall the GPU drivers and remove the OC software
