1. Budget & Location
i got about 4000$ to spend

but i'm from israel so everything here is more expansive...

2. Aim
high-end gaming for 4k monitor and later on hopefully streaming + computer programing
 

3. Monitors
need a 4k monitor ( not include in the budget ) also not asus (don't have support in israel) can wait for it like 1-2month if there anything good that need to comeout later this year

4. Peripherals
already got

 

5. Why are you upgrading?

right now all i got is a alienware laptop m17xr4... i want a desktop computer that can run games at 60fps on 4k monitor

I would recommend getting a 4790K instead, and going for an H100i or H105

A 4k monitor is pretty expensive i don't think that is worth the prince.Also if you can find get the kraken x61 for cpu cooler is better

edit:as the dude above said maybe cut on the ram 12gb should be more that enough for gaming

3 way SLI really only has a 20% performance benefit. Not really worth it imo

also at 4k I think more than 3gb of memory would be benificial. maybe three 780 6gb models or two titan blacks would be in order if going with the green side

why 3-way sli ? 2-way not good ?

also what about the R9 295x2 8GB it should be better no ?

and could u explain the case choose i don't know it it have good airflow or i need to add some fans ?
