Desktop weather apps

This may be a sort of odd post here, but I'm looking for a desktop weather app (for windows 7) of some sort. Not talking about weatherbug or something that shows like, current temps and if its sunny or not. But like, semi-live radar, weather related stats in close to real time, etc. Kinda like what they use on storm chaser shows. I just always liked keeping an eye on the weather, and an app on my desktop would just be baller. I could leave it run while i do other things, and check on it if i suspect some kind of storm or something. Any ideas?

There should be addons/plugins like that for RainMeter: http://rainmeter.net/
