Computer goes straight to startup repair

Ok to start specs in bio and stuff.

I just switched cases from a nzxt phantom 410 to a corsair obsidian 800d

All went well untill I booted it up

It goes straight to startup repair and I can't figure out why. Also in startup repair neither my mouse or keyboard work

start up repair takes quite a while, best thing to do is leave it alone and do what it needs to do. Some files may have gotten corrupt and it's fixing it.

it says startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically and that it could not detect a problem

Boot into Safe Mode during startup then disable Windows Startup Repair.

Umm i got to a point in startup repair since I found another mouse and it says I have windows 7 instead of 8 and it also has the wrong letter

I may have plugged my ssd into a different sata port could that be the issue

Ok so I switched sata slots rebooted and now it comes up with a windows 8 screen that says your pc needs to be repaired error code 0xc000000e
