Title says it all, got some audiophile headphones and need a good mic other than using the old crap one on the turtle beach x11s :P

I use the most ghetto solution but it works really well, I use the USB rock band mic. It gives surprisingly good audio quality for being $.50 at goodwill.

I use the Blue Snowball, but have had some issues with the compatibility with Windows 8, which as far as I know is not an isolated occurrence.  I can get it to work, but I literally have to unplug and re-plug the device in and wait for it to appear in my recording devices. That being said, when it does work, it's a pretty great and inexpensive mic.  I'm looking to get the ATM50x and Mod Mic for a simpler chat solution/quality audio in the future.
