I was originally going to buy some Crucial Ballistix sports RAM, but there's a deal for 1866 MHz RAM on Newegg right now, just wondering should i spend the extra cheddar for the higher frequency. I am going to be editing on my system, if that makes a difference.

System Build:

i7 4790k CPU

Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 Cooler

Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming 5 Micro ATX Mobo

Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB 1600MHz or Kingston Fury Black Series 16GB 1866MHz (Which one should I buy? They are practically the same price...)

Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB SSD and WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD

MSI Twin Frozr GTX 770 2GB

Corsair CX 600W

all inside a Cooler Master N200

it wont make a difference that you can see and isnt worth the premium... 1866 and atleast Cas 9 or lower is the sweet spot imho
