Can some1 help me fix my steam skin?

Hey i have a skin that is a bit outdated i wonder if some1 could fix it? The only things thats broken are the download tab (the pause and remove buttons there are squished and doesn't work clicking on sometimes) and then it's just my name on the client window only shows 2-3 letters and a bit to near the Forward and Back buttons there (up to the right corner).
