Whats the question?

This.

Plus, why the mismatched memory?

Replace one with an identical stick, or replace both.

My motherboard is sabbertooth 990fx r2 what type of ram will I need so far I have 4 gigs of ram 2 gbs each one is a kingston and the other a nanya in dual channel? ?

DDR3 1600MHz CL 9 is what you're looking for - go for 1x 8GB or 2x 4GB kit

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC
