I use cans of compressed air and a toothbrush for little nooks and crannys that the air doesn't reach. After that I use rubbing alcohol and a lint free cloth if I really want it very clean. If you use some kind of alcohol just be sure to make sure it evaporates and dries completely before powering up.

I found 600W shop blowers at True Value Glorietta for around 2-3kPhP (~40-60USD)...

 

I think it'll be better to repurpose a 12V portable compressor since they sell for around 600PhP (~15USD) and a 12V car lighter style power supply shouldn't cost too much...

 

There's also the new Turbo-vac which can be used as a blower for around 3kPhP (60USD) at Ace...

Sounds like a good deal... Might check out an Ace in Alabang by next week... But the vacuum looks like a better deal for me since I also need to replace my old vacuum which (no longer) sucks...
