GPU runing at 20-30 % usage.

Hello Forum,

 

 This weekend Defiance was free to play on steam. So I downloaded it and started playing. My FPS was around 14-25. I went to my MSI Afterburner, and saw that my GPU Usage was hovering around 20-30%. The same thing happens with COD BO2, but it runs around 70-80%. I'm using an ASUS AMD HD 7770 @ 1145MHz, and an AMD FX-4170. I'm using Catalyst driver 13.4. Thank you in advance :)

As far as I know Defiance is a MMO game, so your internet connection plays a very important role on your PC's performance. If you are lagging or the servers are overcrowded, your fps drop a lot(at least this happens to me when I lag a lot, like 200-300 ping)

Well. My internet is ok. I've never had ping problems when playing BO2 or BF3. It's just that the GPU usage is very low. When I play BO2 I get 60-80% usage, instead of 100%. Some people might say that it is because my CPU can't keep up with the GPU because the CPU itself is on full load, but as you see in the picture above, my CPU load is not that high.
