First off: yeey another topic from me!

 

Anyways, I need a low profile video card. Legacy PCI, low-profile capability, VGA support (through an adapter is fine), and full support for Widows 7 are needed. Active cooling would be nice, but I don't care. Newegg, Amazon, eBay, NCIX, TigerDirect are all fine. I need the price to be $40 (US) or less.

Newegg has the 5450 for 30$ i think

Its passive and can play bf3 on low at 720p :3

The ATI Radeon HD 5450 came in a PCI variant. Maybe you could try to find one of those.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

Honestly, I wouldn't trust a passive card in my Dell. It gets flippin toasty inside.

 

The ATI Radeon HD 5450 came in a PCI variant. Maybe you could try to find one of those.
