DVD doesn't work. Worked just before fresh format.

Ok here is a wierdo. My DVD doesn't work after i installed  Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

 

It worked before. :/  The DVD opens up when i click the power button on it but when you put a CD or DVD inside it nothing shows up :o

 

I tried to look for a fix with upper/lower fields but there were no fields in the registry.

Also tried various CD and DVD but no luck.

Also tried diabling it and Windows re-enables it on restart but no work :/

 

What's wrong?
