How much power do I need for a system like this here?

(it's my first build)

Amd fx 9590,

Asus Radeon r9 290X,

Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z,

Corsair H100i,

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb 2 x 8,

Intel 520 240gb,

wd black 1tb,

windows 8,

Corsair 750D

For the Cooler master PSU calculator the recommended PSU is 861w without overclocking the system.

What do you guys think?

Why go for FX 9590? A 4690K is a much better choice along with something like a Maximus VII Hero.

But to answer your question, an 850W unit would be more than enough.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

A FX 9590 consumes a lot of power, and if you want a quiet system, having a PSU that is super overkill keeps the fan from spinning up.

A high quality 650-750W PSU.

Do you really want the 9590 that much? It's a really hot running chip, and it consumes quite a lot of power.
