Why windows 8 and not 8.1? Also I would go with an R9 290 instead of that 780.

Since you have such a large budget I would get the 4690K with a Z97 motherboard.

 

The SSD is really good, but you can get cheaper ones with the same performance and unless you really need 3tb of disk space I would get a 2tb Barracuda. The Seagate Barracuda is my favorite hard drive.

 

I would also get a PSU that costs half as much and unless you're going to SLI you won't need more than 600W

why dont you go with a 4690k paired with a Z97 motherboard? and also, swap the power supply with another one, that one is way too expensive imo.

 

if you're just gonna be gaming, 8GB 1600Mhz kit will be enough.
