Lenovo Replacement Battery

Hi everyone, I have a lenovo flex 15 that I purchased in December. The battery slowly started lasting less and less time. There aren't extra things running in the background causing the battery to drain faster. 

 

Every time I try to use the lenovo website I get frustrated. I feel like they make me jump through a bunch of hoops to never end up getting to an option to get a battery. I am willing to buy one at this point, but I haven't found a replacement battery for my model through lenovo or through any reputable websites. 

 

My model is 20309

there's no repleacement for that model only The AC adapter

warranty should still cover it if it really doesn't last.

It should, however I haven't managed to get to any sort of actual warranty support stuff for my laptop. Just pages describing what the warranty covers and bragging about it. Does anyone know how I get to an online support chat or ticket system for consumers (I found one for businesses)?
