Looks, good. I would probably change the SSD for a 840 Evo though. But that is only my opinion.

Change the SSD, Kingston messed up their V300's so now they're ungodly slow compared to when they were released.

Looks, good. I would probably change the SSD for a 840 Evo though. But that is only my opinion. 

What is the difference between the MSI Z97 gaming mother boards?

Something from Sandisk, ADATA, Samsung, Mushkin, or Plextor. Whichever fits the price you want and has the space you need.
