Trying to overclock CPU

I watched a video on you tube and he said i need three programs to do it and monitor it and all. One of the programs was called program manager and I can not find out how to download it for the life of me

It depends on your motherboard which program is used to overclock, however it's not recommended to overclock with the motherboard program. It's best to do it through BIOS. 

 

The other two programs you will need are HWMonitor to monitor temps, and Prime95 which is a stress test program to see if your overclock is stable.

HWMonitor is what I need I just don't know where to get it
