(this is for my younger brother who will probably be playing online flash games for  awhile also)

its my brothers and he is likely going to be playing falsh games on it with a few stream games here and there so yes gaming and like two to three hours a day

best performance to price ratio would probably be 8320 w/ 970 mobo if you're not looking to OC lots

 

If you're getting a beefy cooler and are comfortable with push-it-to-the-limit overclocks, then a G3258 + Z97 motherboard
