Cpu fan

My CPU Fan has a manual (physical) RPM controller but I have to always have it on high and I can't turn it down any or I get warning's that speed to slow for cpu fan or something like that, does anyone have a way to fix this? and it is the loudest fan in my case

Where do the warnings occur? Might be a BIOS setting.

Can you raise the target temperature and lower the minimum fan settings?

so try and look for fan speeds in the bios and change it higher than see what happens?

Something like that. Anything that relates to the potential fix.
