Computer Blue Screened

So my computer has blue screened for the third time ( 2 other times last week). I restarted it and now my computer gets stuck in that one screen ex. Esc for Boot Menu etc. it won't boot or nothing and even if I press esc or f11 it won't do anything. Please help? Is it dead?

This tells us nothing though it sounds like either your RAM slots or RAM sticks are buggered. Try switching the RAM sticks (and use only 1) around and see if it wants to boot then. If you can get it to boot this way then go to event viewer, find the BSOD events (called bugcheck) and give us the BSOD code (Usually in the form of 0x0000000 ( parameter, parameter, parameter)
