How can install windows 8.1 from a usb flash drive?

I've ordered the parts to my new pc but I'm not sure how to install windows. Apparently you have to install a ISO file or something but I don't quite understand so if someone could explain I would appreciate it or link me a tutorial:)

You can get product keys really cheap from g2a.com instead of having to buy the whole thing:/
