Help with a netbook

Certain keys on the netbook do not work. I've tried to see if there is ant dust or anything in between the keycap and the key and sprayed it with compressed air. Any ideas om how to make it work?

Is the ribbon cable for the keyboard loose?

Can you pull the keycaps off?It's quite easy if it's not a chiclet keyboard.

 

Also,you could as well call a netbook a crapbook.

Alot of the keys actually work just some don't.

When a couple of mine weren't working, I took the keyboard out and the ribbon cable was coming out. Put it back in all the way and it was fine.
