No problems! It'll work just fine. Those 2-pins are optional, you need to use them for cards that require 6+8 pin.

could somebody tell me  if  I could power my asus R9 270x which needs 2x6 pin connectors with my power supply which has 2x6+2 pin connectors?I mean putting 2 6 pin connectors and let the 2pin connectors out . the power supply is a b500 from coolermaster.

Yes you can. Just leave the two pin connectors and plug in only the 6 pin part.
