Stupid question about windows

One is retail, the other is OEM (OEM binds to motherboard). OEM should technically only be used with one and the same motherboard however people report it as reuseable. Retail is reuseable.

One is windows 8 oem and the other is retail. B)

That is an MSDN key, valid for an unspecified time and not even supposed to be sold in the first place.

 

You are welcome to do that via G2A if you wish but I recommend doing it via paypal, otherwise refunding is a bitch to do.

I would not recommend buying windows off of that site. I would recommend buying off the windows site or  new egg.com........  but it is your choice  B)
